In our 100% plant-based version you will find everything that belongs to the classic tiramisu – a fluffy body delicately scented with coffee, a vegan mascarpone cream with a hint of vanilla and a layer of Dutch cocoa on top. The plant-based whipped cream is delicate, slightly sour and perfectly balances the sweetness of the dough. For an authentic taste, we also use amaretto, which adds a subtle almond and Italian character. The cake is perfect for festive occasions and as a discreet dessert for coffee lovers.
