A fruit cheesecake is like a summer breeze—light, refreshing, and delicately sweet. The base consists of a fluffy, “cottage cheese”-style tofu filling with plant-based cream, which makes the dessert creamy without feeling heavy. We bake each cheesecake to order, and you can choose the type of crust—classic cookie (with gluten) or gluten-free made from homemade cookies (+90 Kč). You can also choose the type of fruit layer: mango & passion fruit, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, lemon with poppy seeds, pistachio & white chocolate, or dark chocolate.
You need to order at least 3 days in advance.
