Our fruit cake is hearty, fragrant, and full of fresh fruit. The delicate buttery pastry is complemented by a light plant-based cream and a layer of seasonal fruit—strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, apricots, or a combination depending on what’s available. The result is a dessert that tastes and looks like summer, whether you enjoy it with coffee, at a celebration, or just because.
