About us

For us, vegan confectionery is an art and our passion. We base our recipes on traditional recipes, but add a lot of what we believe is the right thing to do for our health, planet and soul.

We enjoy constantly discovering and trying new recipes that break stereotypes and set new standards.

OTHER PROJECTS

It all started in Palo Verde.

In January 2020, we opened the Palo Verde bistro. The bistro started out as a café with a limited dessert and coffee menu. However, the pandemic has forced us to move on in a very short time frame. We joined forces and formed the first offer of home-made stuffed pastas, made croissants or baked cakes and pies. Thanks to the response of the people and their support, we were able to continue our journey.

At Palo Verde we offer vegan breakfast, desserts, stuffed pasta, tapas or daily menus. Take advantage of the opportunity to sit in the quiet courtyard of our cosy garden.

Hotel Salvator Verde

Since the Palo Verde premises are connected to the hotel, we decided to find a way to open the first vegan hotel in Prague. We don’t forget about vegan cosmetics and more sustainable cleaning products.

The farm of joy

The Radosti farm is very close to us, we try to organize fundraising events for it and help by selling fundraising materials. Follow our social networks or website for the latest events.
